duplicates. The ACT dupe exhibits optimum resolution and colour
saturation, being more acceptable to picture researchers and editors, and
so increasing saleability for stock markets. Without doubt, the ACT
duplicate will always be acceptable for reproduction and is often more
suitable for scanning than risking using the original!
High Resolution Duplicate transparencies are created on highly
specialised optical benches, using three-exposure, chromatically corrected
additive filtration and an idealized point-light source that is computer
calibrated. This super sophisticated light source, in combination with
unique aspherical collimating lenses, makes possible a level of
duplicating sharpness, color and brightness never before achieved for the
general market at an economic cost. Simply put, these are are probably the
world's highest quality optical duplicates.
